Stone Ridge

I currently live here and I haven't had much dealings with the office staff but upon moving in they were very pleasant.

The property is in a nice area and a short distance from everything you need, grocery store, max park and rides, bus stops, schools, hospital, etc.

The trees all over the property are a nice touch, and the pool, jacuzzi and gym are nice to have available and no smoking in the property makes for a pleasant living space.

You pay for all utilities including trash, and water… .

The property is mostly remodeled and is well kept however there is still construction going on creating a very noisy environment during the week beginning around 9 each morning (ladders slamming against the building, workers talking loudly outside apartment windows, work trucks moving about throughout the days, nailing and hammering, sometimes directly above the bedroom) and no notice that they will be working directly above or around your unit.

During tree trimmings I have seen around the property necessary precautions are not taken to protect tenants vehicles as there were several cars that were covered in shavings and again no notice to tenants so we can take necessary precautions.

Parking is a breeze which can sometimes be difficult to find in Clackamas.

On days when construction is not happening it is fairly quiet with the exception of hearing your neighbors tv thru the walls if they listen to it loudly, the door slamming as they leave or enter their apartment due to a thin sound barrier, running water and bathroom vents running.

This property has its positive notes and I could see it improving once construction is done but it seems like that may be a while or if management monitors the workers to ensure they are not creating excess noise where possible (such as the slamming ladders, and loud personal conversations outside of tenants Windows).

If you are someone who values your peace and quiet you may want to get a feel for the property during the weekdays to get a feel for what it is like during the construction phase around and inside the units. Read More

We are new residents and have loved the staffing at sone ridge apartment. Our apartment was just newly furnished and looks amazing.

We are renting a 2 br. 1 bath in a back building. Our patio faces a wooded area. So beautiful & quiet. We don't have to look out at the other apartments. Wonderful view of Mount Hood. These apartments are kept up very nicely with newer fixtures & appliances. If anything needs repair they are here to fix it within 1 day. Very nice management team that is available 7 days a week. There is a community pool, jacuzzi & gym. Washer & dryer in most units which is great. Security guard & camera's make… you feel safe here. Plenty of parking is also a plus. Very close to bus rts. freeways & shopping. This is a very nice community to live in. We are very happy here. Read More

Stone Ridge Apartments are good place to stay at if you like work 5min away from my work an they have pool an hot an weight room . i like it live 4 to 5min away to see my parents place.
