Lived here for 4 years and the only reason I left was to move to Phoenix. The manager (Lindsay) was always friendly and helpful. Great place if you have kids. The playground and pool area are nice. Small complex with good
parking. A real nice community.

Overall we like the location of the apartments, and having smaller number of units makes the parking lot seem less busy. One driveway so no thru traffic which is nice. If you have young kids to high schoolers its a great spot.. In great school district and Clackamas High school is within walking distance :) Great for high schoolers in after school sports/activities.
Highlights:
No assigned spaces, first come first served, unless you pay the extra fee each month to have covered parking. (we have... found you still get wet in the rain either way, save your $$)
Green space, room for the kids to go play.
Pool is gated, need a key to enter. (unless your really tall, then just reach your hand over to unlock)
Pool has had a problem (lately) turning green, but they know of the issue and try there best to keep on fixing it. I still see ppl swimming.
Washer/dryer in most units, AND laundry room on property (its pay, but has a cool feature to watch your load time limit on the computer remotely)
Bedrooms are spacious, layout is easy, it does lack storage space inside the home, but i believe all come with outside deck storage space (ours does)
You can pay for Storage space in the garage.
Pets allowed, but you really dont see that many outside (which is nice)
Allows window AC units.
It has the wall plug for cable, just need to pay for it yourself thru comcast.
We have found that running two AC units in 1 unit can be a challenge, when even tho wall plugs are in different rooms they are wired to the same location..
They are quick to replace steps when they brake outside. :)
In the kitchen most come with better then basic dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and refrigerator. :) sinks are not too deep, so don't let dishes sit too long in the sink, you will run out of room quickly.
Wall heaters in each of the rooms. :)
No fitness room or clubhouse.. But there is a small playground for the kids :)
