Rat Infestation
I have lived here for about a year and for the whole time i have lived here the place has been infested with rats. The rats were there before i moved in and I have no doubt that they will be there when I've moved out. The apartment management company has done little to nothing about the situation. It has me contemplating calling the health department.

okay, not great
We moved from Indiana, so I chose this apartment from a list on a website. It's right next to a busy road, and there's an ambulance bay right across the street. The traffic noise is much greater than I expected. But I'll probably get used to it.
The apartment has a nice refrigerator.
