The previous comment is a lie

Tenants are unaware of a change in management. Repairs like water leaks go months unrepaired with the tenants expected to pay for the damages. The play area is not new, and the only cleaning up has been rattle canned lot lines, and the Rich locking up all the toys so the kids can't play with them. Tenants throw barbecues, but the "Manager" has said he wants that to end.

On site manager

We have a new on site manager, this Apartment complex has been cleaned up
There is a new play area for the children
And for infants.
Maintenance gets done in a timely manner
The Managers do a complex barbecue for
Everyone that lives there.
Through out the summer months
