Too many drug dealers and drug manufacturers live in these apartments
I would NEVER recommend living at the Pines Apartments in Florence Oregon. In my experience of living here for almost 9 years, I have gotten very sick from the neighbors constant cooking of drugs. The smells from their 24 hour drug factory causes me to go into convulsions all the time. I have complained of the problem MANY times but the company and the management will not do anything about it. In fact, they tried to evict me because I complained too much. Live here at your own risk.
