Nice, cozy apartment. Except..

Linden Place Apartments - Review

I really want to like these apartments. They're well located within walking distance of various stores and restaurants,it's quiet, and the vaulted ceiling gives my unit a unique vibe. I shouldn't have any issue giving this place 4 or 5 stars.

The problem is that, when I moved in, I discovered a minor wiring issue. On submitting the maintenance request I was told that the owners were declining to repair the issue and suggested I work around it instead… .

I am still in discussion with mgmt over the issue, however. If they change their mind and fix the wiring problem I will update this review.

Not a quiet place and landlord is indifferent

This place is for you if you like neighbors blaring music through the night and kids screaming and running vibrating the walls every day. The landlord does not seem to know their who their tenants are at all and does not care when brought up issues multiple times.

This is a lovely community. Quiet, clean, and friendly. The units are clean and well taking care of. Good location and parking.

my new apartment

This is the best place to live. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family members. I would like to live here because it is in a great location for families and friends and is in my price range and they accept pets who are companion pets with no pet deposit.
