Yorktown Gardens Apartments

Location is good. I like washer and dryer hook ups. Large floor 2 closets in one room and fenced yard. Large area to play for kids and dogs. Extra parking is really nice.

Neighbors are completely disrespectful of others. Loud noises(sounds like they’re constantly moving furniture, jumping up and down) at all hours. The landlord has absolutely no concern. I’ve expressed the issues and been told that there’s no 3rd party evidence. Ok, then why is the neighbor on the opposite side of them moving out because they’re sick of all the noise? They’ve also reached out and the manager has done absolutely nothing. Probably because she’s friends with the neighbors which is... why they get preferential treatment. As for the amenities, there are no granite countertops, there are no laundry facilities, the new dog run that we’re required to use has been locked. There’s more but you get the idea.
