How Is This Rating Determined?

Used to be a stress free living environment

The new property management company (smi property management) that took over is horrible. I have lived here for 3 years and always paid rent in advanced. I have sent them proof of payments, screen shots of my ledger and they still have sent me not 1 but 2, 10 day eviction notices. If you want a stress free living space; this is not it.

Peaceful

City live has is charms but after a day of working in a office it is nice to come home to peace and quite. These nice apartments are in a small town in the middle of farm land,away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city. You can let your kids play outside riding their bikes along the streets,knowing that any traffic is low. School is within walking distance as is the local market. The beautiful hardwood floors gives these apartments a classy look and they are roomy. Love living here.
