Get a lease
Make sure you sign a lease when you move in. They like too kick people out after a month , three month for no reason. It is call a no cause termination of rental agreement. When you call the tell you , there is no reason, he just wants the apartment back. And it is legal.

great place to live
2 bedroom 2 bathroom ?? storage space, outside patio, kitchen with open partition to dining area. Space for clothes ?? in both bedrooms. Closet space in entry way. Spacious Living Room. Colombia River is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. You also have covered parking, with your own marked space. Visitor is also available for your guests.
