Upstairs there is a bonus space loft, a bright bathroom with a vanity, and the master bedroom. Although there is no AC, the entire house stays surprisingly comfortable on a scorching hot day.
There is one off-street parking spot in the driveway in front of the home. Residents are responsible for all utilities. 1 small dog under 25 lbs welcome with $300 additional deposit. Requires good pet reference from your landlord or vet. Sorry no cats.
