Poor Condition Apartments

Pros: location
Cons: condition of apartment, appliances and poor maintenance. Washer smelled like mildew and had gunk in the drum that got in all my clothes. Cabinets, window sill and door all have damage that is considered “cosmetic” so maintenance refuses to fix it. Work orders take over a week to be addressed. Things were so awakwardly placed in the apartment (no hand towel rail in second bathroom, lots of light switches that only turn off outlets, light switches blocked by open doors). Lease… elsewhere if possible.

Disappointing Experience

I've had a very disappointing experience living in this apartment complex. The services are really bad—there's no cleaning in the halls, and there's been a pair of socks outside our apartment for a year. Service requests take a long time to be addressed, and even on working days, they are often not completed. The staff is unsupportive, and they keep giving us the runaround for services, often citing staff shortages as an excuse.

Despite being a non-smoking community, people keep smoking weed,… making it impossible to open the windows without the smell coming in. Management does nothing about it, which is incredibly frustrating.

Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-maintained and supportive living environment.

Terrible Management and Online Services

The apartment units are decent, but the air conditioners frequently fill up with water and become rusty. There were frequent car break-ins (several a month) before I left.

They will squeeze every penny out of you when you try to leave and their online payment services do not work. I would not recommend!
