Property is constantly in disarray. Owner is neglectful and uses every opportunity to evict tenants that complain instead of fixing what he is legally obligated too. Owner pockets deposits and uses lawyers to steal from tenants. Place is infested with mice and spiders. This is not a home. It is a scam to take advantage of needy people.

This apartment complex has had cockroaches for way over a decade. They will not go away. The owners keeps selling because the building is falling apart. A lot of units the ceilings are sloping down. CANT BELIEVE people pay to live hear. You couldn't pay me to live hear. They would probably be deemed unacceptable if the health department actually went in and looked in the units. My brothers unit is a 1 bed and the bedroom doesn't even have a door. They gave him a chunk of wood (Door) that... doesn't even fit have hinges or a hole cut out for the doorknob. I guess they expect him to do all the work! This place is despicable ! Can't even fathom how they have a four star rating. I heard people are being payed to give good reviews. People, PLEASE look at apartments before you move in and end up stuck trying to escape a 12 month lease!

A large majority if not all of the renters are second chance renters. Witch means no one would rent to them because they have a bad rental history or a criminal history. So they are less likely to report anything wrong with the apartments or complain about the bugs. My brother being one of those people says he's thankful someone would rent to him at all and worried about making a complaint. Very sad to see people being taken advantage of! Read More
