Rental Terms & Requirements
Stay Duration: 30-night minimum stay required.
Pet Policy: Pet-friendly! Pets are negotiable with an additional pet fee and refundable pet deposit.
Move-in Requirements: Approved application, signed lease agreement, first month's rent, and security deposit required prior to occupancy.
Income Verification: Verifiable gross monthly income must be at least 2x–3x the monthly rent rate.
Applicant Screening: Credit, background, and eviction history screening will be conducted. Application fee is $40 per adult applicant (non-refundable).
Renters Insurance: Required ($100,000 minimum liability policy).
