Poor living conditions

I heard some people have to live without water for days at a time without notice.

Lovely place for a Home!

As a wife of a disabled veteran, it is a pleasant surprise to find an affordable and well maintained apartment in out price range,and right near all the stores!
The management made the application process fast and comprehensive,and we were treated with respect.
It is a hidden gem.
