Pros: peaceful, in nature, great value for price, pool, pet friendly
Cons: my car was stolen in the night due to lack of lighting/security, apartments on the east side of property have flooring that are starting to sink down toward the hillside
Tips: if you plan to move here make sure to get yourself a steering wheel lock :)

This is an excellent apartment community, and I can say that because I've lived here since 1997. The attractive updated units even have linen closets! The buildings are nicely spaced out among trees and landscaping. The office staff are responsive and very caring. The maintenance staff are highly skilled and very kind. The location is the best...convenient to shopping, medical, roads, and more. Highly recommended.

Just renewed for my 8th year here so I clearly enjoy it. Like the neighborhood and the amenities that are offered here. I feel safe walking around at night which is such a wonderful benefit.

This complex is very comfortable, my apartment has great lighting, quiet neighbors, and a private balcony. It’s very pet friendly, including free waste bags and a fenced dog area. Just signed a lease for a second year here!

This complex is in a really nice location with great amenities, especially access to the Clubhouse. My main issue is all the cracks and holes in the walls and floors which haven't been covered up and cause us bug issues all the time.
