The Windward Apartments are located in the heart of Lake Oswego and afford opportunities to enjoy multiple dining locations. It is also possible to walk to a number of grocery stores as well as the local library. Lake Oswego itself is a safe environment in which to live and a pleasure to be a part of it. The Windward Apartments provides that opportunity.

It is a very special place to live in the heart of the Lake Oswego village. So many amenities within walking distance and the charm of the Farmers Market in season as well as it's proximity to the lake...

We love living at the Windward! The management is amazing. They really care about their residence and do everything that they can to create a feeling of community and security. They frequently arrange social events and are always so responsive to any questions or request..
The staff always takes care to make sure the premises are immaculately clean and everything functioning well.
The maintenance department is incredible and answer all requests in such a timely fashion and always resolve any... issues quickly and efficiently.
We feel very lucky to live in this wonderful community

It is a very nice place to live as you have many choices of restaurants, shops, etc.
The Park is a nice feature and wonderful for children and adults to visit.
Having the lake right here is another nice feature.
