I’ve lived at the Lakepointe apartments for several years. Gary, the manager, and Kyle, his assistant, are the best. They really care about the complex, and everybody who resides there. The grounds are always clean, and beautifully landscaped. The rent is reasonable, considering what you are getting. It’s said that “it’s better at the beach.” The Lakepointe apartments are a large part of the reason that that is true.

Fantastic view
Sitting at the breakfast table watching the sun rise over the ever-changing beautiful lake is absolutely remarkable. Love this place.
Most of the outside noise comes from a number of different species of birds. From hummingbirds to loud seagulls to eagles. And many more.
Management has been easy to work with if something wears out or breaks down or gets clogged up.
Retired, and very happy living here.
