Gone downhill
Lived here for several years, but had to move due to the new management. No customer service from the new on-site manager or the maintenance person. Nice to your face, rude behind your back. Never experienced such a hostile environment towards residents. Previous managers were all kind and friendly but there was a lot of turn over the last few years and we ended up with the new folks. They're nice to you in person but constantly write letters to residents about garbage or other issues just based... on someone's accusation. I'm not the only resident that's had issues with them. I enjoyed living there. Was a decent price and community until recently. I would wait until the have new management again before I'd ever consider moving back

Used to be great. Poor management now.
Used to be a great place to live, with friendly management. However, a new property management company took over last year and it has just gone downhill ever since in my opinion. I've found the new office staff and maintenance to be rude, if not down right condescending. They have gotten rid of multiple long-term residents after their takeover. I left the complex a little while back and have no regrets!
