Gone downhill
Lived here for several years, but had to move due to the new management. No customer service from the new on-site manager or the maintenance person. Nice to your face, rude behind your back. Never experienced such a hostile environment towards residents. Previous managers were all kind and friendly but there was a lot of turn over the last few years and we ended up with the new folks. They're nice to you in person but constantly write letters to residents about garbage or other issues just based… on someone's accusation. I'm not the only resident that's had issues with them. I enjoyed living there. Was a decent price and community until recently. I would wait until the have new management again before I'd ever consider moving back
