Beautiful space with fantastic management and maintenance team
I moved in April 2026, I will be honest that I wasn’t too excited about the place but I was in a hurry to move and they had an immediate opening that fit my needs. The building is only 2 years old and this was crucial for me as I have complex health issues and needed a mold-free space. This place delivered and came with some unexpected perks. For the most part the other residents are lovely and I’ve been thoroughly impressed by how on top of things management and maintenance is. They handle... fixes immediately, do it right, and are friendly. Genuinely can’t remember the last time I lived somewhere with such great customer service. Also, the building is beautiful with art installations, a library, lounge, terrace with outdoor tv, hammocks, bocce, and an outdoor kitchen complete with large grill. Theres a pond amd patio area outside the gym and yoga studio. I love to have coffee out there and watch the ducks. The location is also very nice. I can walk to the library, farmers market, food cart park, pfreim, and my favorite books store Spoke & Word. Theres also the riverfront park, a short bike ride to Sellwood, and right by the transit center as well. This place is pet friendly and I love saying hi to all the cute dogs when I’m in the elevator. I quickly fell in love with this space and I think it would be a great fit for other professionals, but probably not a great fit for folks with young kids since there aren’t any play spaces, many other kids, and it’s overall a very quiet building. It is a great option for disabled folks such as myself. Some units are ADA accessible and there are 2 elevators, as well as power doors to enter the building. This is also very much a lgbtqia+ inclusive building, great mix of folks here. I will say that the downsides can be that not all residents are respectful, some people aren't great about cleaning up after themselves and there pets, and there were extra costs I hadn’t considered like tenants are responsible for the building’s water use and they irrigate plus the parking can be expensive if you pay for a spot in the garage. For me, I see it as a “you get what you pay for” kind of situation, it’s a bit more expensive but the benefits balance it out.
