The main level was just fully remodeled with
vinyl plank flooring throughout, new windows and new kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless sink and appliances (oven not in picture but it is there).
There is a large 600 sq ft shed for storage next to the house.
There is ample room for parking.
The only negative part of this house is that it has an unfinished basement that you will not have access to. It was destroyed by prior tenant and will require repair to be safe so we have closed it off from the main house. It was unfinished anyway, so I am not sure how useful it was anyway.
Lease will be 6 months, with ability to renew after that. Maximum occupancy 4.
First months rent and a $2700 security deposit will be required. Security deposit cannot be used towards last months rent.
Animal fee of $25 a month.
