Rented here for 2 years and wouldn't have left if I didn't need to relocate! The property manager always responded quickly and was able to fix any of the minor issues I ran into. I loved my unit - great light with the big windows. Rarely heard any noise from neighbors. It was an ideal rental and I'd go back again!

Spent a lovely couple of years here at 505 Dekum! The neighborhood is wonderful and the management is kind and responsive. We loved our space.

I love my 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor! The East-facing windows are huge and give me incredible views on clear days of Mt Hood and Mt Saint Helens. The apartment is spacious with modern amenities. I appreciate having a washer/dryer in my unit, as well as a dishwasher and AC.
The other tenants are cool, quiet and friendly. The landlord really cares about this place and keeps it clean, both inside and out. I always found parking right on this block. There are several great restaurants,... bars, parks and even the Farmer's Market all within walking distance.
I'm only leaving the apartment b/c I'm moving out of the country. This is a safe building in an amazing neighborhood. I highly recommend it!

Of all the nightmare landlords and building managers that I’ve had to deal with in the city, the crew at 505 Dekum were a light in a dark cave. Maintenance requests are quickly taken care of, staff/owners are hands on and personable, and rather than raise rents drastically each year, they would rather have a community that stays there. If I didn’t move out of state, I would still be there. The neighborhood has everything you could possibly need within walking distance and is relatively safe (for... Portland). Highly recommend.
