Management is responsive and always on top of things when needed. Building is well maintained, in a great location and I had zero issues with both move in & move out processes.

505 Dekum is a stunning apartment complex.
The units have beautiful modern and minimal touches, with huge windows that allow light to pour in as much as possible. The units have all hardwood floors, which was really important to us in our apartment search. The layouts of these units are just right, and it is easy to envision life in any of the layouts. Kris was super helpful this past week answering all of my questions, thank you!

Clean soulless modern apartments if thats what you're into. Great area, just expect to have your rent go up 200-300 dollars each year. Management is non existent and defaults to one person who will not rectify the situation I was put in.Walls are paper thin. You will not get your deposit back!

I have lived here for almost 4 years and I love it. I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with a great view to a very spacious 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor and am very happy. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Whenever I need anything fixed, it is done right away and correctly. The building and grounds are kept very clean and neat. The neighborhood is very safe. I walk a mile everyday and have never had any problems. There are 6 restaurants 3 blocks away and 3... different bus lines 1 block away

We absolutely love our apartment at 505 Dekum. The space is beautiful and well thought out. In past building I’ve experienced glamour on the outside while the inside was built as cheaply as possible, though 505 Dekum is great inside and out. The walls are well built so I can’t hear any neighbor noise. All of our appliances look brand new and work perfectly. Kris and his leasing team are SUPER responsive.
On my move-in date, the leasing team met me to give me the keys and walk me around and... explain what I needed to know about the building. I had just finished a long road trip, I smelled bad and I had to pee. What I thought would be a quick key handoff and walk-around turned into a much more thorough tour.
Despite my full bladder and painful awareness of my pungent BO, I couldn’t help feeling super impressed by how thoroughly the leasing team knew the building and my apartment. They knew the state of every nook and cranny. Though I probably forgot most of what was explained during the tour, what did stick was that I was in good hands with professionals who cared about their building.
