There are two steps up to the walkway to the front door, and though the apartment is on the ground floor, it is above a basement and the balcony faces the rear of the building and is not ground level.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses, a slow cooker, roasting pan, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric range, full-size fridge with freezer, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, knives, pots and pans, and everything you need to live comfortably away from home. The main living area includes a comfy couch and smart TV for relaxing, a full-size dining area, and a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi. Laundry facilities are located in the basements of the adjacent buildings and are accessed with a key and paid for through a smartphone app.
There is one uncovered parking spot assigned to the unit, as well as plenty of unassigned parking for a second vehicle. This is a pet-friendly apartment.
