There are two steps up to the walkway to the front door, and though the apartment is on the ground floor, it is above a basement and the balcony faces the rear of the building and is not ground level.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses, a slow cooker, roasting pan, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric range, full-size fridge with freezer, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, knives, pots and pans, and everything you need to live comfortably away from home.
