Truly a Nightmare
I have lived in many different apartments run by many different management companies and landlords, and the Allendale is by far the worst place I have ever lived. Completely unresponsive, negligent, and borderline illegal activity by management. I wish I had listened to negative reviews before signing. Please save yourself and avoid, even if the apartments are enticing.
