Recently viewed a one bedroom here and It's actually super clean and well maintained. Almost looks brand new inside! The only reason we won't apply is parking. You get one spot (free) but the lot only has 2 visitor parking and the street is pretty busy with another apartment complex and homes. Our two cars just won't work here.
