Black mold inside and outside the apartments. They refuse to do anything about it.

VERY BAD Management!!!

Cascade Managmet has let Ash St. Courtyard become a hub of violence and drugs! They allow the good people to be pushed out by the drug sellers, users and delusionally violent tenants. This was a really nice community with standards two years ago but no more.
