If you want to experience the true meaning of being uphappy, live in these apartments. I have never lived in any apartment building with as many unhappy people in my life! Then to make matters worse, you have a manager who couldn't care less about anything you might be dealing with but will not treat you in any decent fashion if you make any complaints. Ive also never lived in any apartment building with walls as thin as the walls at Belmont Dairy and NO, they have never taken any actions on... better soundproofing. Your tenancy comes last to the businesses and Hmart as well. They bring in more money to Guardian property than you do and will remove you before any business. I can go on about this horrible apartment building all day but will save myself some time and just say, youve been warned. Don't believe the positive reviews because they are written by friends of the manager who is trying to save her horrible reputation, Ive looked into this and have verified it.

Once you’re in...you’re sorry
Belmont Dairy Apartments: Where we care more about the owner of H Mart, the customers of H Mart, the parking spaces for H Mart, the smells and sounds of H Mart then we do the residents of our luxury apartments. Rent with us, we won’t care about you and yours.

Belmont Dairy - Must Live!
I remember when I was first looking for a place to live in Portland, OR and couldn't just based on people didn't want a 45 pound dog living in their building. Then I talked to Beth at the Belmont Dairy and couldn't be more thrilled to learn they had a place in my price point. I haven't been this excited to live in a great location, right next to a major bus line, and a pretty good night life. If you're thinking of moving to Portland, OR check out this place !
