Not what I was expecting

This place was a lot nicer than I expected. Staff are super friendly and Bill was genuinely interested in what I was looking for which was very refreshing.

The apartments were nice and the views from the outdoor deck were astounding!

I didn't rent here because my specific floorplan that I wanted was not available but they are on my radar.

5 stars!

Boathouse property common areas are not regularly or adequately maintained. Common areas are not regularly cleaned and painted. The maintenance team is good and responsive to individual requests for apartments. But they cannot be regular cleaners.
