Well-run, but... Largely an attractive property and conveniently located, but expensive considering units have no a/c or in-unit laundry and there's substantial freeway and boulevard noise. A minor quibble: they don't replace plants that have died, nor do they have landscaping behind one of the buildings.

Great place to live. too bad the reward program is ending. I hope there is some other reward program that can provide opportunity to get some gift cards

Maintenance take care of the apartment, staff are friendly and the people who live here are great. They also were willing to work with us and our accommodations for ESA pets. Love it here

A year in and still love living here. Still gald I chose this place. Very quiet, laundry facilities always clean, plenty parking and I feel safe here.

It’s quiet and comfortable . Love the on-site storage. The few neighbors I’ve met are nice .
Laundry Lounge is clean. Easy parking. Well maintained landscaping. I would recommend checking it out.
