My experice here was not pleasant. The whole staff here at clackamas trails is rude and very unprofessional. Especially the woman named Whitney. Maybe if they got more friendly staff and cheaper prices it would be worth it. I do not recomend anyone to live at these apartments. Unless they want a living experience, with overpriced attitude.

Hummingbirds and Squirels along with feeding stray kitties, relatively quiet and beautiful sunsets. Place is maintained and staff is great! Close enough to stores.

Good management, maintenance, follow up. Nice grounds and amenities. The apartments are clean and we'll kept, rent is decent but a little far from town. But, there are lots of stores and restaurants near by.

I love my apartment. My balcony looks out into the courtyard with beautiful trees and a gorgeous pool. We have a gym, Jacuzzi, home theatre room, pool table, free rental of DVD's, beautiful community room and deck with chairs and BBQ. I feel like I am on vacation everyday. The staff immediately takes care of any issues that may crop up. They let us decorate our apartment with our own warm paint colors, wooden blinds and fixtures so it looks and feels like a real home instead of your average... apartment with white walls. We even have vaulted ceilings which give it a great open feeling. We are close to all the major grocery stores and shopping areas. We also have easy freeway access to get around, and yet we are tucked away in our little area so we don't have a lot of traffic around us. The sound of the children playing in the pool makes us feel like we are on vacation in the summer.
