I moved here when the building was new and other different management. I stay only because it’s close to my work and the economy sucks. This place has been going down hill for some time. As others have mentioned, there seems to be a new property manager every other month. Some are good, most are inattentive and are slow to resolve issues. Common areas are infrequently cleaned. Newer dog owners in the building allow their pets to bark constantly and don’t clean up after them (there’s often dog... urine or other messes in common areas). There’s no on-site management to monitor or enforce any rules on noise or cleanliness. Noise travels annoyingly well from hallways into apartments. Apartment doors slam loudly if any windows are open. I could go on and on. I have two stars only because the layout and finishes of the apartments are nice. The building looked great at first but after two years of watching the property not maintain common areas, replace stolen weights from the gym. Lately the new tenants have been noisier it’s probably a side effect of how fast they burn through building mangers here.

The biggest perk for me is the neighborhood and the views. The units are nicely designed.

It suits my needs for shorter lease, price point and convenience.
