I love living at Dianne. It is a great neighborhood with more restaurants opening up making the city a lot livelier. It is also very sound proof and I never hear my neighbors.

The Dianne is a beautiful building that is conveniently located within one of the most in demand neighborhoods in Portland. There are multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance, addition to three parks within a 10-minute walk. Transit runs right in front of the building. The staff is pleasant and responsive. I couldn't be more satisfied.
