I've been living at the Dianne for seven months. Very helpful and friendly staff. The amenities are nice and the ceiling and walls are very thick, so the apartments are quiet.

Lots of coffee shops and lots of restaurants in the area. Nice beautiful gardened neighborhood and a dog loving neighborhood. Near to essentials. I like to walk to shopping and everywhere. Fairly new bldg (2018). Variety of apartment layout designs. Nice amenities, w/d in units.

Leasing and maintenance are very professional and quickly responds to requests. The only negative is the parking car matrix system. It seems like it is always needing repairs or maintenance. However, management is great at reimbursing any parking or Uber charges associated with the negative impacts of the car matrix.

The parking lots can be a pain from time to time, but other than that, no notes. I am happy to come back here every time. It's very walkable, and it feels safe.
