Not the best, not the worst.
Great walkability, and affordable rent. Unfortunately those are the only good things it has going for it. Theres always someone sketchy outside the building doing something weird and harassing the tenants. We’ve also had an issue with homeless trying to get into the building. Had a few cases where they get in and are found in the basement. The new manager and assistant manager are terrible. Don’t expect to ever get any help or support from them. So many people have moved out the past couple of... months. The apartment is okay for the price. I’d only recommend this place if you’re needing someplace cheap downtown.
