Management scheduled my viewing and no one showed up
I drove across town for a viewing at 2:00 today. They emailed a follow up to remind me about our viewing, I guess to make sure I was going to show up. When I got there, I called, emailed, and texted. I also knocked on the office door. No one responded after 20 minutes.
I took off work for the viewing and used gas.
Very disappointed. I guess it's good to find these things out before signing a lease, though.

Literally hear everything above you.
You will literally hear everything above you. Footsteps, conversations, etc. We had awful upstairs neighbors and the mgmt did not resolve the situation after 5 documented noise complaints. The building is decent but they really lack any sense of their advertised community. Homeless people are in abundance here and it creates uncomfortable and unsafe situations as they loiter next to the recycling garage attempting to get in as you have to go outside the building to enter the recycling room.... Would never recommend this company or building to anyone. There are better deals.
