Family oriented environment

Since our arrival here the office staff have been the sweetest.

James works super hard to make sure the residents are happy that they have everything they need and is very understanding of his residents.

Lorna is happy to see her residents out and about. She makes sure to get work requests sent off right away, with a smile and a bounce in her step she loves to show people their new home.

Selena is new here and shes doing a fabulous job, her professionalism of her work shines thru her.

The… entire maintenance crew is top notch! Whenever we have a need it's met. Everyone has been great.

Thank you for all the kindness you show to the residents here, our family is happy to be here.

horrible for pet owners

This place is horrible I’ve had nothing but problems since I moved in. Mold grows in all the windows. People don’t pick up after themselves or their pets. The amount of times I’ve gone to take my dog outside and there’s just glass in the walkways has been far too many. My car has been broken into and my roommates stolen and we haven’t even lived here more than 6 months. STAY AWAY!

Worst apartment experience of my life

Management is horrible, grounds are disgusts full of dog waste. Neighbors are noisy, rude, don’t follow rules and nothing is done. Trash everywhere, nickel and dime you for everything don’t even think about getting a deposit back. You can hear every and anything your neighbors do . Quality of the build out is horrible. Gang members spray paint all the time,a garage burned down in July, still not fixed. Homeless and addicts wander in and do what they want. People park in your spot, security is a… joke and takes forever. Inspections done often, they will just walk in regardless if you say do not enter without someone there, you can not get someone on the phone. I could write more but the text won’t all fit.

We are deeply disheartened by this review as we strive to make all of our tenants feel comfortable and safe within the community. We do reach out to noisy neighbors when we are made aware, and try to handle each situation the best that we can.
We… are always working on the quality of the property however; some projects may take longer due to vendor scheduling and insurance in the case of the garages.
Due to the size of the community, we were not able to attend to every resident’s individual schedule. If you are still experiencing any concerns, we invite you to come speak with our team in person, or give us a call, so we can start working through your frustrations.

The worst rip off EVER...

Charged a huge deposit & non refundable pet deposit. I cleaned very well & still "owe" money. They never intended on refunding my money. When I moved in the carpet was stained and frayed. They did not even paint.Graffiti everywhere, all the time. Garbage overflowing everyday. You have to pay for a parking spot. I seen people shooting up in the parking lot at least 4 times. People living in the garages. Dog doo everywhere. This place is a joke!

Refrigerator

Sometimes we stay living somewhere for convenience or necessity, but I do not recommend this place to live, the truth is that they have bad service and I will give you an example:
About 5 days ago I put a request for them to come and repair the refrigerator in my apartment and you know how important a refrigerator is and I'm still waiting for them to come and repair it.
Today April 7, 2022 I put the third request for them to come and repair it.
I don't know what's going on, but no matter who… comes in as apartment manager, everything remains the same or worse.
