Best at its own
The GHP and Tower is perfect place for a student to afford and to live !
It has a good space with the best prices across the whole student communities and housings.
GHP has its own teams maintaining everything to the maximum standards available.
Follow the rules abide to them and you will have the best experiences is the key takeaway from GHP.
Finally simple, great living , best community and the best especially for a student and easily affordable.

Convenient
Good place for a student. There being many tenants, It's easy to acquire furniture and things for cheap or free, just check the bulletin board! The place offers convenient facilities, moving/ getting rid of things a breeze. Garbageman picks up literally anything you don't want. The tenants are generally respectful and nice. This is an AMAZING location nearby the MAX and some good business. Really is an ideal place for student. No complaints!
