Relaxing I truly enjoy residing at Golf Creek. The tranquil and relaxing atmosphere is enhanced by the sounds of children playing, birds singing, and dogs barking. The office staff is incredibly helpful and supportive, while the maintenance team is exceptionally efficient and responsive. Recently, I encountered an issue with the hot water supply in my shower. The maintenance personnel promptly addressed the problem, ensuring that I could enjoy a warm shower. Overall, I am extremely pleased with… my living experience here.

Top notch customer service My dishwasher kept having issues and Derek and Josh were able to get me a replacement incredibly fast. They were very communicative throughout the process and they cleaned up after themselves—it was like they never even entered my apartment. Just top notch service and they even loved on my pup, too, which is always a bonus.

Run away-terrible customer service. AND No cell service here.

After 10 years-$800 security deposit not enough. Wanted $72.82 more-but wait; only way to pay it is by cashiers check. And did I mention letter received today showing how they came to the amount-payment must be paid by 10/30/23 because we sent it IQ COLLECTIONS,with their number. I called them and they don’t have anything until after it is sent to collections. Move out date was 9/30/23. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. CHARGED $392.01 for utilities for the month- actually moved out in AUGUST!!! Ridiculous.

Avoid!

Avoid at all costs! Applied for an apartment here. It took them about a week to go over and approve the application. Then, they didn't even have the apartment we applied for available anymore! Instead they tried to say we applied for a different, more expensive unit. Unclear if they are simply incompetent, or if this is a bait and switch strategy to try and get people into units/pay more. Regardless, avoid this apartment complex!
