Cheap rent but then you get a cheap apartment complex
Management is friendly. But it takes a few days to get a responses to questions or for maintenance requests.
We also had to break our lease moving for a job out of state. Unfortunately, they wouldn't work with us during this process. We even found someone to take over our lease or to sign a new lease for our unit. But there was no flexibility.
The building has also had a huge problem with theft. While we lived there, all of the packages were stolen multiple time. The amazon locker was also... broken into.

Unsafe
This building has had a rash of bike thefts, in their secure bike room. I don’t trust my safety living here
