As the only true lofts in PDX, the comment "this place has loads of character" is very true and appreciated! I've outgrown the cookie cutter modern PDX apartment, and HHL fits my live/work studio practice perfectly.

Until I feel safe here and like our concerns are going to be addressed and repairs are made in our new space, I don’t feel comfortable recommending this building to anyone.

Not even close to “luxury”
Leaking pipes, horrible neighbors, and staffing is a joke since we unfortunately lost our wonderful manager Ryan. There’s rarely someone in the office and when there is it’s ignorant people who refuse to wear masks and are so incredibly rude and fake it’s unmanageable. Your mail will be stolen or not ever given to you by the office because they constantly leave and put the brb sign up, and I’ve run into people wanting to visit and the new staff just neglects to show for their viewings, luckily I... told them how awful it has been so they didn’t get stuck here
