I absolutely adore living at Laurel 42 and having Jose as my property manager, along with all of the staff including Roberto! I feel extremely safe in the building and in my apartment. Delivery companies always comment on the security of the building. Due to Roberto, the garbage area, elevators, stairwells are always clean and smell good. Jose's door is always open to ask a question or inquiry. The garage is just an added bonus to this fabulous property. Now that it's so beautiful outside, I… couldn't enjoy my beautiful deck more! I can leave my back door open all day, which allows my cat to never want me to move again!!! I doubt if I ever will.
