Absolutely horrific management, unsafe building, multiple break ins, most of the common area things have been stolen (benches, TV's, Coffee Machines), smoking in hallways, the place is rarely cleaned. Smells horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Management is awful. The building has serious safety issues (tenants attempting to break into other units, items being stolen, etc) and management refuses to take actions even with the simplest of requests (trying to coordinate how to pay final bill).
If you value your safety go to the many other buildings in the neighborhood I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to have to live at this building.
If I could leave 0 stars I would, would not be surprised if the building is half empty in the next few... months.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this property. It may look "cute", but management is unresponsive and does not keep any promises. The building is NOT regularly cleaned or even monitored. There have been attempted break ins. Items (like the TV, coffee maker) have been stolen from common areas. "Emergency 24 hour maintenance" will take your phone number down and never call you back. Terrible
