Mayfield Court does not have a Pet play area in fact pets must be on a leash at all times while outside your apartment door. 2nd There is no Air Conditioner but you can purchase a window unit and install it yourself. 3nd there is no Fitness Center. The only thing that Mayfield has is an old donated Treadmill. Also Mayfield Court is a low income senior living facility for 55 . If you like sirens almost 24 hours a day, Garbage on the sidewalks and living in a high crime area this is for you.
