I recently signed a lease at this apartment community, and I’m genuinely excited about the move. From the first tour, the property felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The layout of the apartments is modern and spacious, with plenty of natural light and smart storage options. The grounds are well maintained, and the common areas give off a calm, safe, and friendly vibe. My experience has been really positive over all! The amenities and staff are all great. The only improvement areas I can think of are that the coffee hours were reduced without notice and often times the machine is out of flavor or isn't working in the morning when I go to use, and the hot tub tends to be closed a decent amount for various reasons. I enjoy the central location, friendly staff, prompt maintenance, and excellent amenities this apartment has to offer. I like participating in their community events like Halloween trivia and rock climbing class that was recently hosted. Grateful for the coffee machine as someone who works from home.

This is the best community I have ever lived at. All the people here are so nice and friendly. This area is walkable to most things you will need. The Property Manager Jordan is amazing and Jazzy is so helpful. Tonight will be night 4 at the Modera Pearl and I am so happy I live here!
