I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The community is clean, well maintained, and feels comfortable and safe. The location is very convenient, and the management/maintenance team has always been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, I’m very happy with my apartment and my experience as a resident.

I am coming up on my second year living here and I will not be renewing my lease. In 2024 when I moved in, I was told there were events and a community. Since around January I feel as if there has not been much, we are still paying the same price (more) for less. I have also felt as if communication from the management has been inconsistent not to their fault they seem overwhelmed and busy but that has taken a toll on resident satisfaction. I also feel that they are not keeping track of people… who actually pay for parking because the garage is always full. I also feel like my concerns are not being taken seriously. I specifically mean that I have brought up concerns mostly about cleanliness hazards and keeping residents accountable for following the rules surrounds pets. I do like the new furniture on the second floor patio. Overall I feel a bit unsatisfied. I love my apartment but I am not loving the cost for the service and amenities I am receiving anymore.

Elevators could use some work and the service trucks shake the building but other than that this place is solid. Washer/dryers, common areas, workout room. I'd renew.
