I have lived here since September of 2024. Since then there has been multiples changes of management in the office. It seems like the most recent change has left the building to be disorganized. The office hours have been inconsistent and communication has been hard. I love the building and the residents are great. I am also sad that there used to be monthly events but now there is none. One of the perks/reasons why I moved in was the sense of community. Since the change in management there has... been no events which is disappointing. Our rent also went up this year. Feels like we started paying more for less. I still like my apartment and the maintenance team is still great.

Very safe and well maintained building. Clean amenities always and quality products. Noise levels are low throughout the building, friendly faces in the hallways and common areas :)

I've been here for a few months and I love it here. The management is just as nice as my neighbors. Just wish there was a pool or or a sort of gym partnership with the apartment.
