$130/Month Rent Hike, Ants, and Parking Headaches
I don’t know why this apartment has reviews of 4.9 out of 5. If you come home after 6 or 7 PM, it’s really difficult to find a parking space. This year, our rent is going up by $130 per month for renewal. If you want to have your own parking spot, you need to pay $40 per month. We also have problems with ants. I have issues with loud music from our neighbors, but management won’t take any action against them. Also, the management staff changes very often.

Not sure if it would worth for money
I have lived here in almost 3 years. The parking is horrible especially after 9 pm. It's really difficult to find any space to park. Because of this, sometimes I need to park on the street. Our rent keep going up every single year ($50). Also recently the dumpsters are often full and a lot of trash on the ground. Some of my neighbors have issue with ants and mold. I don't have any issue with ants because I have been using "ant killer spray" around door and windows by myself every 6... months.
Good things I can think are--(1) Maintenance clues are friendly and they take care of issues quickly; (2) The location is very close to Clackamas Town Center. (3) Max station and bus stops are within walking distance. (4) I don't have any noise issue with my neighbors.

Great apartment in a slightly bad neighborhood
Great apartment complex on a beautiful property. Management is great and very helpful; maintenance requests are done in a very timely fashion. The only problem with this complex is the surrounding area which has almost no parking and a small crime problem. Regardless if you want to live near the Clackamas Town Center this is the best complex in the area.

A touch of class
Overlook Pointe apartments come well equipped with washer/dryer, oven, dishwasher (essential } and fridge.
The surrounding common grounds are nicely landscaped, kept clean and tidy and are well maintained regularly.
Great facilities include large outside swimming pool with loungers in summer, all year round large outside bubbling hot tub, gym and basketball court.
Management are courteous, friendly and helpful.
There is all you need to make life easy and comfortable for you with a large... shopping mall, 10 screen cinema, a variety or good restaurants, public train/ bus services all just a stones throw away. So come join our friendly community and enjoy life.

Great environment; close to all destinations around Portland.
The community has affordable price with great feature in compare with other apartments in same area. Friendly and smoke free community.
