As my time is coming to an end, I’m deeply saddened and yet full of joy. Living at park19 has been great. The location is amazing, the staff have been lovely, and the residents were a gem. I’ll miss living here.

Great location, clean and well maintained, 4 stars because the insulation between floors, where vinyl wood has been laid, is non existent. The walking and daily living noise is very bothersome no matter who lives above you.

We understand that sound transfer can be a concern in multi-level apartment living, especially in... buildings with vinyl flooring. While we do our best to ensure a comfortable environment for all residents, some level of ambient noise is often unavoidable in shared living spaces.

There is simply no better place to live in NW! Parks, grocery stores, all walkable. The area is great and the staff (very creative!) creates the best community atmosphere possible.
