THE BEST apt I've ever lived in. The nicest neighbors and building manager and staffs, warm community, people who care for each other and lovely events that residents actually attend. I made genuine friends here, who wouldn't live elsewhere for the same reasons. Yes, there isn't a gym or fancy meeting rooms or roof top, but the people and convenient location made up for it. I5 is just off the ramp, walkable distance to over 5 grocery stores and all kinds of services - doctors offices, shopping,... restaurants... the park side also have beautiful scenery that brightens my day- I've enjoyed watching the season changes. Park19 has made my experience moving to Portland by myself in winter truly amazing.

Great apartment in a perfect location. Conveniently located across the street from Couch Park, which has a off leash dog park, just blocks away from Trader Joe’s and countless bars and restaurants, close to the Pearl District, downtown, Providence Park, Slabtown, and the Max line, this is by far the best apartment I’ve lived at in Portland.

Park 19 has it all! Superb management (our leasing manager Addison is the very best!), maintenance, community spirit, and all the important things like grocery stores and restaurants and the urban forest within walking distance. Residents get to know each other at wonderful monthly happy hours in the lobby. I have noticed lately that some residents are moving to different apartments in the building, not wanting to leave Park 19. What a good sign that is!

It’s hard to say what deserves the best review at Park 19. The staff, in particular the leasing manager, is fantastic and the community spirit is extremely good. Our leasing manager Addison makes it fun for people to live here, and the location just cannot be beat. Park 19 is near grocery stores, the urban forests of Portland, many restaurants, the symphony, and even several hospitals. All within walking distance! Thank you, Park 19, especially for the resident happy hours every month to give... people a chance to chat and make new friends.
