First off I would like to say I am very grateful for me and my daughters home we had fallen on hard times and it was available.so where do I begin, all of the units look like they are still in the 60`s and horrible plumbing problems that seems to never get fixed.the cabinets are cheaply made so bad the if opened and closed to much they want to come off the fixtures that are holding them,and the walls are terribly thin so thin that....anyway let's say I had to have the "Talk" with my daughter… alot sooner than I hoped.Good points are the Land scrapping is maintained, and the manager is a awesome older gentleman who really has his work cut out for him poor guy,and last complaint really I promise,American property management as a company does not properly let their Tennant's know when work is being done on the buildings, I had my car parked in Tennant's parking and out of nowhere at five in the early evening they decided to have trucks with faulty equipment come in and work on the buildings roof people's cars are still in the lot.to make a long story short the crane dropped heavy material's on top of my car crushing the roof and totaling my car,they never put notices to let Tennant's know this work was being done so we could have moved are car's to the street, and do you know after it happened they had the nerve to send all the Tennant's flyers letting us know 3 day's after,their going to be doing work on the building ,REALLY, and never got a apology just there insurance. so at the end of the day I do not recommend you move here.Thanks for reading my review Read More
