Unsafe safe place to live, homeless break into cars and trash the parking garage c
I’m not sure how this complex has a four star rating with no renter reviews. This is downright unsafe place to live. On almost a nightly basis homeless people are digging through the trash cans. Not only does this create a huge mess that the tenants then have to clean up, it is a safety issue walking past somebody who is clearly on a drug binge to get to your home. The last wave of break-ins cost thousands of dollars in damage and the management practically scoffed and just said they would “look... into“ cameras, never to be heard from on the issue again. Summit real estate management could care less about their tenants safety or property as long as they keep getting their rent
