Ghosted at a tour

Myra ghosted me on a Sunday tour after I drove 30 min to get there. No text, no call no email to inform me. Only a call 30 min later along if I was still around. Poor communication, poor customer service for such an expensive facility.

Perfect home

I've been living at Rivage for a few months now and I'm in love with the place. The staff is always ready to help us, especially Carmy (my pet loves her).

Carmy from maintenance is the best!

Rivage is just a building but what makes it a home is the team behind it!
They never miss a mark on making sure that we are socialized, seen, loved and taken care of. Big shout out to CARMY whose hugs and presence always light up our day not to mention fixing our tiny home issues. Thank you for the whole team!!

Recommend to live here

Have live here for almost 3 years now. Siera and Myra in the front office are helpful and resourceful with any concerns that have come up. Maintenance team always takes care of request within 24 hours. Friendly staff and neighbors overall.

Great staff!

I absolutely love living at the Rivage! Not only is the location great, but the staff is incredibly responsive. Carmy in particular is so quick to respond to issues and is so engaging any time we cross paths. Not only is she phenomenal at her job, but I have a dog with anxiety who adores Carmy and always loves to see her. She’s a wonderful person who makes living here so enjoyable!
