Have live here for almost 3 years now. Siera and Myra in the front office are helpful and resourceful with any concerns that have come up. Maintenance team always takes care of request within 24 hours. Friendly staff and neighbors overall.

I absolutely love living at the Rivage! Not only is the location great, but the staff is incredibly responsive. Carmy in particular is so quick to respond to issues and is so engaging any time we cross paths. Not only is she phenomenal at her job, but I have a dog with anxiety who adores Carmy and always loves to see her. She’s a wonderful person who makes living here so enjoyable!

Highly recommended
I've been living at Rivage Apartments for over a year now, and I can't say enough good things about this community. The property is always beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere here truly feels like home. One of the biggest highlights is the exceptional management and maintenance team. Sierra, the manager, is incredibly professional, always approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. She goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that we feel comfortable... .
The maintenance team is just as fantastic. Whenever there's an issue, no matter how small, they respond quickly and efficiently, ensuring that everything is taken care of without delay. It's such a relief to live in a place where you know any concerns will be addressed promptly.
I feel so fortunate to have found Rivage, and I can easily see myself living here for many more years. The combination of a beautiful property, excellent management, and responsive maintenance makes Rivage the perfect place to call home. Highly recommend!
