I have Lived Here at Sanctuary for Many Years now, gone through many managers, Teams, ect, this by far is the best. The Property is truely clean, functioning , friendly , inviting , beautiful, peaceful. I have lived in Portland 42 years and this by far is my favorite place to live , right on the Water walking and biking paths right out the back door. Very Greatful, and content.

I have Lived at Sanctuary for almost 10 plus years, and Love living here on the River. It had a peaceful clean relaxing vibe. The New Management is outstanding, helpful. kind and keeping the place like New again. thank you for all your efforts. It makes me want to stay forever. thank you

The reasons I like Sanctuary apartments are it’s location on the Greenway trail along the Wilamette River and being able to walk along the river right out your back door. This contributes to a feeling of peace and calm. The apartment community is quiet and respectful - which is greatly appreciated. The Community Room is spacious and offers a place to mingle with your neighbors. And of course we love all the fur babies.
