I have Lived at Sanctuary for almost 10 plus years, and Love living here on the River. It had a peaceful clean relaxing vibe. The New Management is outstanding, helpful. kind and keeping the place like New again. thank you for all your efforts. It makes me want to stay forever. thank you

The reasons I like Sanctuary apartments are it’s location on the Greenway trail along the Wilamette River and being able to walk along the river right out your back door. This contributes to a feeling of peace and calm. The apartment community is quiet and respectful - which is greatly appreciated. The Community Room is spacious and offers a place to mingle with your neighbors. And of course we love all the fur babies.

There have been several recent changes that have happened that make this place less and less appealing. The upkeep is one of the concerns. Office staff has recently been making excuses for this.

This place is so gross. “If you want motel style accommodations for luxury style prices, this is the place for you!”
Theft is rampant here. Everyone’s packages are constantly being stolen and Management does nothing. I found a giant pile of opened and sorted through packages that someone picked through and only stole what they wanted! Cars get smashed in all the time- it’s happened to me twice in their underground parking structure that is supposed to be secure. Costs $150 per month to park! My... bike got stolen locked up inside the garage too! And when you go to Management they could care less. I’ve never dealt with any management quite like these girls. Our family moved here from across the state to attend school at OHSU last June. The Sanctuary Apartments team did a great job of welcoming us and helping us get settled in our new apartment. They also offered great benefits and discounts for being affiliated with OHSU. The property is only a few years old and is well maintained by great professional staff. The apartment is clean, well-insulated, and has nice new appliances. Since the property sits right along the Willamette River the... greenway trail offers a great place to exercise and take the dogs out for a peaceful walk. Also, the staff does a great job of promoting a community amongst its residents by hosting a happy hour with free drinks every Friday to allow residents the chance to meet and get to know each other.
